Position Summary:

The Digital Media Planner has a deep understanding of the current media landscape and a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns delivering on client key goals and KPIs. The role requires someone who lives and breathes digital marketing and is results-driven and highly analytical.  Planner will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimization and reporting of campaigns and have experience across the different digital. You will be joining a talented team and will be required to work collaboratively with everyone and building relationships with other internal teams.  Looking for someone who can handle multiple projects delivering high quality work on-time and be able to provide clients and internal teams with valuable insights to improve the success of campaigns.

Job Functions

  • Review running and completed campaigns on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and discuss efforts with senior staff and other internal departments
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments such as account and creative to ensure smooth, consistent and effective campaigns
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail (for own work and QA’ing team work)
  • Inform internal team members about opportunities, challenges and marketplace/technology developments
  • Evaluate media opportunities and provide solid and actionable POVs
  • Investigate and utilize information from syndicated research sources
  • Stay apprised of industry standard and new media programs
  • Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the company as requested by the manager



  • Bachelor’s degree required


  • 1-2 years digital marketing experience with specific experience in paid ad support using Facebook Ads Manager
  • Minimum 2 years experience in agency-side Media strategy, planning, and buying
  • Recent platform experience in Facebook Ads Manager at a minimum (Google Ad Words / Merchant Center, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter a plus)
  • Track record of exceeding goals


  • Hand-on experience building, managing and optimizing campaigns / audiences within Facebook Ads Manager (Google AdWords/Merchant Center; Snapchat, Pinterest, Amazon, Twitter, Tik Tok, LinkedIn a plus)
  • Proven experience in campaign set-up and execution
  • Excellent grasp of data analytics with the ability to analyze results and maximize ROAS / customer acquisition with an ability to translate data to insights & actions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify, communicate, solve and follow up on issues that arise on a daily and weekly basis
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Cultivate fresh ideas and discover new opportunities based on data analysis, trends in the digital
  • marketing space and new brands/products being launched
