LOWES DRAMATICALLY INCREASES ROAS WITH SHOPPABLE ADS
In today’s saturated retail market, standing out is key to survival. Recognizing this, Lowes teamed up with Contobox to retarget cart abandoners with innovative e-commerce ads. Introducing Add to Cart functionality into their ads allowed items to be shopped within the ad itself, shortening the path to purchase while granting Lowes invaluable insights into consumer behavior. Lowes recorded a 3.7X surge in post-click return on ad spend (ROAS) and a 3.3X hike in overall ROAS, far exceeding their key performance indicators.
