SCS HOSTS AAF TECH & TRANSFORMATION PANEL
With economic uncertainty on the horizon, how can technology and creative innovation help brand marketers cut through in 2022 and beyond? This past month, SCS hosted the AAF event and panel, Tech and Transformation, to answer this exact question. In addition to bringing OC marketing professionals together, the panel featured valuable perspectives from technological and creative leaders from SAP, Giant Bicycles, and Innocean along with SCS’s Chief Creative Officer John Zegowitz, moderated by our Chief Strategy Officer, Jeff Roach. To date, global VR device shipments are already up 241.6%, and 2023 is slated to be an even bigger year for the new medium. While Meta has taken an early lead in the VR Market Space with its Quest 2 headset, it is already planning to launch a Quest Pro device with a higher market price and more powerful processing power. However, plenty of competitors are entering the space too. Apple is rumored to release an AR/VR product in Q1 of 2023, Playstation continues to invest in its VR capabilities, and Chinese newcomer Pico is anticipated to make its big debut in the coming year as well. Learn about this emerging trend and more in the Web 3 Wednesday Issue 5.
