Irvine, CA-based agency SCS has added several senior hires, including investor Glenn Rogers as Chief Development Officer, Andres Torrente as head of media and Kelli-Rae Coughlin as brand solutions director. Torrente was previously director, media strategy at Omnicom s Hearts & Science working with AT&T Mobility & Entertainment. Prior to that he was a group director at OMD USA on the Wells Fargo account. Coughlin previously served at Taco Bell Design where she was an account services director. The agency has also recruited Yi Chen as senior director of strategy for creative and media. Chen previously worked as an independent consultant for the past year for clients including Apple and eBay, and prior to that at Mindshare as senior director of content & partnerships and head of content and social media working on Nike, LVMH, L Oreal and Mazda.
